Salary - Negotiable Work Location - Preah Norodom Blvd, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Work days - 5.5 days (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm/Saturday 8am-12pm) Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Review, develop and implement Company Policies and Procedures as needed - Assisting with implementation of learning & development policies and internal recruitment as and when required - Facilitate and oversee day to day HR processes such as performance management, remuneration review, end to end recruitment and selection process of professional and support staff and new staff onboarding - Develop and implement strategic workforce plan to attract, develop and retain employees - Lead and manage the employment strategy, initiatives, and recruitment pathways - Manage talent acquisition metrics and reporting that highlight progress, outcomes and innovation insights - Perform all other duties as and when assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience - 5+ years' experience in Human Resources - Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies - Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees - Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills - Attention to detail and good judgement How to apply Please send your latest CV with details of your current and expected salary by email to: Email Address: rec********@thaanjaya.comClick To Sent Email Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
