Job Summary: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end learning solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, develop tailored training programs, and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Job Description: • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify the training and development requirements of various business units and departments • Support line manager to develop comprehensive learning and development strategies and roadmaps to address the organization's current and future skill needs • Design and create engaging, multi-modal training content, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, virtual workshops, and on-the-job learning resources • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's learning management system (LMS) to facilitate seamless training delivery and tracking • Collaborate with subject matter experts, L&D professionals, and department heads to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs • Measure the impact of learning initiatives through the use of various metrics, such as satisfaction surveys, knowledge assessments, and performance indicators • Analyse training data and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the learning and development strategy • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective training solutions • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external training providers, vendors, and industry experts • Continuously stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the learning and development field.
