Key Responsibilities
•Set talent acquisition strategies for vacancy positions in every year.
•Develop, review, update or improve talent acquisition tools for highest efficiency in every year.
•Coordinate with each line manager for update man power planning and talent acquisition in every month.
•Conduct and develop new comer orientation programs.
•Set Learning & Development strategies that align with organization needs in every year.
•Conduct Learning & Development programs that align with business strategies as planned.
•Coordinate with each line manager for departments Learning & Development programs planning every year.
•Coordinate with outsource training institute for develop training programs for business needs in every year
•Create Individual development plan for talent with related line manager in every year.
•Control talent development plan to be on schedule then report result to manager.
•Support and give consult to line manager for talent development tools and programs.
•Support and give consult to talent for learning programs schedule and content planning.
•Support manager to set the performance management strategies the align with business needs every year.
•Support manager to design performance management activities that align with business needs every year.
•Support manager to design, review or update performance management tools in align with the activities every year.
•Support manager to give consulting to each line manager in performance management activities and tools.
•Conduct and control performance activity as planned then report result to manager.
•Conduct performance and salary review then report result to management.
•Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
•Prepare accuracy payroll.
•Employee Relations.
•Company Policy relate to labor law.
•Company Activity.
•Oversee employee orientation and training.
•Conduct exit interview and analyze then report to management.
•Budget Planning & Control.
•Support manager for human resources & organizations development activities budget planning every year.
•Control expense of each development activities to be on budget as monthly planed.
•Report & Evaluations.
•Create reports for summarize the result of each activity and KPI and submit to management every month.
•Create PDCA report to management with counter measure for delay or miss the target activities for further improvement.
•Create annual summary report for overall activities and submit to management.
Job Requirement:
-Chinese Language
-Bachelor's degree in HR or related subject.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field.
-English is reasonable and understandable.
