Job description:
• Manage daily and monthly staff attendance on System.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified and suitable candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, promoting a smooth transition for new hires.
• Manage employee's performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution and grievances.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Maintaining and updating company policies.
• Design and manage employee benefits programs and compensation strategies.
• Develop and oversee training programs for employee development and career progression.
• Monitor and manage employee turnover, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the office environment is safe, well-maintained, and productive.
• Manage administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses, supplies, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure administrative support for company events, meetings, and some events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources and administration.
• Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Good leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office.
• Prefer Female only not more than 30years

Salary Range : 450$ to 600$
Public Holiday : Follow Cambodia Labor law
