Design and update job requirements and job description of roles and responsibilities for staffs. • Prepare job announcement of all vacancies. • Conduct and Release job announcement to External and Internal • Manage the process of screening and selection application. • Review the application and conduct the shortlist and contact to the potential candidates. • Facilitate the writing test, Interview process and computer test stage. • Review the result of writing test and interview to conduct the background check for selected candidates. • Prepare and submit the acceptance candidate or successful result to committees for getting approval. • Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that workers are meeting standards and addressing any issues that arise • Preparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics • Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to learn why they are leaving the company and how the company might improve its retention rate in the future • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
