Job Description:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communications.
2. Onboard new employees and coordinate orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
3. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
4.Support the administration of employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and other HR-related processes.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance HR operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related area.
3. Detail oriented and good communication in English
4. Having knowledge in computer especially Microsoft office tools
