Job Responsibilities
1. Payroll Calculation and Disbursement
• Responsible for calculating employee salaries, including base pay, overtime, bonuses, and allowances.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
2. Social Insurance and Benefits Management
• Manage social insurance and housing fund contributions, including updates and changes.
• Handle employee benefits-related tasks such as annual leave and medical reimbursement.
3. Payroll Data Maintenance
• Maintain and update employee payroll information, including onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments.
• Regularly audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
4. Compensation Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related reports.
• Provide payroll data support for HR analysis and decision-making.
5. Compliance with Regulations and Policies
• Stay updated on labor laws and tax policies related to payroll.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
6. Employee Support
• Address employee inquiries regarding salaries, taxes, social insurance, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving payroll-related disputes.
7. System Operation and Optimization
• Utilize payroll management systems and optimize payroll workflows.
• Participate in designing and improving the compensation structure.
Job Requirements
1. Education and Experience
• Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields (Associate degree or above).
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles is preferred.
2. Professional Skills
• Familiarity with payroll management, social insurance, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll management systems.
3. Communication Skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with employees and other departments.
4. Attention to Detail and Responsibility
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Skilled at handling data and resolving issues.
5. Confidentiality Awareness
• Strictly maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.
6. Language Skills
• Basic English proficiency for communicating with international employees
7. Additional Qualifications
• Holding certifications such as Human Resources Professional or Accounting Certification is a plus.
• Experience with HR or ERP systems is preferred.
