New opportunity, Ssangyong Cambodia is a growing company, and we are looking for a Junior HR to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and onboarding: assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
2. To be process the visa extension of employee Foreigners.
3. Tracking Attendance all employee and recording the OT.
4. Control document onboarding new employees and offboarding employees.
5. another task assign by supervisor.
Requirements: (Only Female)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR role and recruitment.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of HR practices.
