JOB DESCRIPTION
Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
Preparing budgets, reports, presentations and processing NSSF to prepare payment.
Assist on compliance tasks implementation by processing into MOLVT system such as enterprise registration, staff movement declaration, quota, work permit, health check, employment book.
Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity
Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
Conduct research on competitor or market PayScale
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a compensation and benefits or in a related role.
Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation, Compliance
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Excellent communication, organizational skills and a highly maintain on confidential.
Strong people and project management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
