Account supervisor

• Prepare Monthly Tax Return and process document to GDT • Prepares and recommends adjustments to monthly financials • Prepare monthly Financial Report • Review work accounting staff ensure accuracy compliance. • Review account booking each transaction in the QuickBooks System • Review Cash & Bank Reconciliation • Monthly and annual tax declaration • Manage company financial cash flow • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Monitor all accounting assistant / Cashier • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of all accounts. • Ensure compliance with Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entities (CIFRS for SMEs) and tax regulations. • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending • Coordinating and completing annual audit and tax audits • Assist in annual financial report filing to ACAR system • Well manage accounting documents in file • Any other task assigned by management Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in accounting and finance, ACCA / CFA is preferable • Self-motivate, independent, self-organize, good communication & teamwork. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Power Point • Well understanding about financial transaction analyst. • Well understanding of financial standards and tax regulation of Cambodia. • Good Knowledge of Quick Books or accounting system. • Good at English speaking and writing • Possess strong leadership skills. • Accuracy and attention to details • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process • Awareness of business trends. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and timely problem escalation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
