Responsibilities and Duties - Prepare payment vouchers, clear all advance payments, intercompany cost sharing and reimbursement, ensure all docs scanned properly and well-placed. - Prepare AR & AP monthly report, update AR reports to S&M department to clear receivables - Prepare and bookkeep all financial transaction into QuickBooks accurately and timely - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations - Assist supervisor closing monthly financial reports, post financial reports, annual budgets. - Prepare monthly tax reports and TOI, ACAR - Deal with external auditors, tax auditors, other company related matters - Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line managers Job Requirements - Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related field - Experience in handling multi-companies full set of accounts, particularly hospitality field - Good knowledge in taxation matters in Cambodia - Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft office applications, and accounting software such as QuickBooks - Ambitious in developing the company as one’s self career growth; view one-self as a stakeholder in the company - Good command of both written and spoken, Khmer and English. Chinese preferable but not a must. - Fast learner and result-oriented, good multi-tasking skill, proven record to work under pressure and tight timeline, and problem solver.
