1-Receive all Sales Orders (SO) issued from Sales Department 2-Prepare Delivery Note (DN) and pass to Stock Controller 3-Arrange truck for delivery to customer and Depo 4-Prepare daily DN and SO report 5-Deal with all local customers and make good responding 6-Monitor petty cash and cash issue 7-Prepare and track office supplies and equipment for daily use 8-Prepare request letter, office material request and production request 9-Assist all duties and support in the office 10-Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
