Job Title: Admin Officer Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Company: AVIK Cambodia Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Overview: AVIK Cambodia is seeking an organized and proactive Admin Officer to support our operations in Phnom Penh. The Admin Officer will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting various departments as needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Assist HR with recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documents. Ensure the office complies with company policies and local regulations. Provide general support to visitors and staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Proven experience as an Admin Officer or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic English skills are required. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Preferred: Knowledge of Korean is an advantage and may increase salary. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
