Job Requirement: - Manage compliance of company operations in accordance to regulations - Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures. - Processing new and renewal license/registration to the relevant authorities according to the need of the company's business. - Responding to inquiries and issues from regulatory authorities, clients, and company management in a timely and effective manner. - Prepare for the New Company Registration, or Update Ministry of Commerce. - Drafting letter to submit to the related Government ministries such as Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labour and other Ministry. - Prepare all requirement documents for Company license registration for Ministries such as Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labour and other Ministry.
