Position: Night Shift Guest Service Officer (Male) Shift: Night Shift Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Shift Guest Service Officer to join our team. This position involves overseeing the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring that their experience at Somerset Norodom is seamless and enjoyable. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring that all services are delivered promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and able to handle guest requests during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: • Perform check-in and check-out processes for guests in a timely and efficient manner. • Ensure that all guest interactions are professional, friendly, and meet or exceed expectations. • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. • Assist with night auditing, ensuring accurate billing and records. • Monitor the property during night hours, maintaining security and ensuring guest safety. • Handle administrative tasks such as managing guest records, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, and updating reservations. Qualifications: • Male applicants only. • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • A customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service.
