Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the bank’s business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the bank’s customer base.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the bank’s brand awareness and market positioning.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management systems.
- Demonstrate fluency in the English language, both spoken and written, ensuring effective communication.
