Front Office Staff - Salary: 300 to 350usd
Afternoon Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM (1 position)
Night Shift : 10 PM to 7AM (2 position)
Working Description:
- Can communicate with Chinese guests
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints and escalate to the manager
- Ask guest provide a good reviews
- Adapt to hotel policies and working hours
- Exhibit a good attitude, manner, and honesty
- Have computer knowledge
- 4 days off per month
- Have Public holidays and Annual Leave follow government
- Other various incentives
