• Roles and Responsibilities: The main roles of the post are
This is the main role for a TNA, Budget annual manpower, performance appraisal, problem involve HR, motivate, Ministry, NSSF, payroll and incentive, bonus, and other benefits
Daily Work control attendant and Roster monthly to report to HRM.
Recruitment new manpower, post Recruitment, Screen CV, Interview, Onboard
Timely on Probation, PM and PA
Conduct Probation and FDC and UDC
Ensure Discipline and SOP must be taking action for staff no follow up Policy and SOP and terminate
Solve any HR issues encountered and report to HRM
Counsel employees on career development and guide them on (TNA)
Developing Learning and Development policies and procedure also for internal
Assess the training need and prepare training
Monitor the motivation of employees and report to HRM
Prepare and send internal memo issued by the Management
Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Good networking with external related parties as well as NSSF other involves MOLVT
Manages the payroll process for all employees including incentive, bonus, and other benefits and ensure payroll paid correctly
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Other Requirements:
- University degree in economics, or business administration plus
- At least 5 years prior supervisory experience of HR and Admin ; experiences with Service SPA and Hotel Company is preferred.
- Must have Analytical skills, Communication skills, Detail oriented, Math skills, and Organizational skills.
- Being able to work in team and good time management
- Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, Negotiation (mastered the art of persuasion), leadership, problem solving skills, and Ability Building Skill of team
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Being highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and deadline;
- Being able to Flexible Roster
