Job Description - Support the Leasing & Marketing Director in retail planning which includes tenant, leasing agreement review and planning - Handle leasing enquiries, source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at the mall - Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs - Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal to make recommendation to approving parties for acceptance - Negotiate and finalize rental and other terms & conditions with potential tenants - Prepare and complete relevant lease documentation and paperwork for approval of lease - Liaise with solicitors and tenants to review the terms of lease until the issuance of Tenancy Agreements (TA) - Check and verify the Draft TA prepared by solicitors - Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms. Follow up from the signing of lease term to the opening of the store - Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships - Ensure property tax levied is in line with committed rentals -Other tasks will assign by Leasing & Marketing Director. Job Requirements -Male/Female (Female are encourage to apply) -Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Administration, Estate Management or related field -Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in relate duties is preferred. -Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese is an advantage -Knowledge of local & oversea media -Sound understanding of the real estate industry -Must be honest and professional in work ethics -Knowledge of Hospitality and Operation -Strong knowledge of computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and Photoshop. -Commitment to cultivating a good working relationship with other staff members. -A positive attitude and willing to learn and administrative affairs. -Planning/Organizing Skills -Willing to work independently and under time pressure
