Procurement & Pricing Supervisor

Job Title: Procurement & Pricing Supervisor Company Name: Worldbridge International (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. Reporting To: BDU & Sales Manager Department: Operation Station: Phnom Penh Working Hours: Mon-Sat: 8:00am – 5:30pm (half a day for Saturday) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Procurement of freight forwarding & logistics rates from 3rd party contractors, shipping from local and overseas agents for freight forwarding services such as trucking, customs clearance, handling, cross border services, lump sum and any other services • Shall analyze the rates and prepare comparison for selection of contractors by management • Shall prepare quotation in Go Excel system for submitting to clients after management approval on margin from buying and selling rates • To follow up on quotations submitted & update superior or management on the status and to include buying and selling rate with margin for reference • Shall update supplier and contractor rates in shared drive and Go Excel system • To brief Operations on new business secured related to pricing and update the rates in Go Excel system • To handle any customers complaint related to shipment & follow up with operation to provide solutions. • Compile all relevant charges such as port charges, airport and ministry charges from time to time • To support Sales Manager on updating sales lead and client esquire. • To perform any other function & task as requested by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Logistics, & or relevant qualification from a reputable University • Experience in procuring of freight & logistics services • Previous experience of minimum three to five years or more in freight forwarding & logistics, customs clearance and logistics • Experience in managing multiple client accounts and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations including sales of logistics services • Familiarity with industry-specific compliance regulations and documentation processes, such as customs and trade compliance. • Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and Power Point • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and optimize processes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
