• Prepare, recording, and withdrawal the original Motor lD card, when the customer requests redemption (After the payment is paid) and keep filling. • Prepare all the loan agreement, loan supporting documents, and all related documents after loan disbursement to keep in a cabinet or filling safely. • Prepare list withdrawal the loan collateral of original car documents, when customer • request full settlement/pay-off for customer acknowledgment. • Prepare and assess the loan replacement collateral that customer request change and prepare some document related (List request replacement, list withdrawal car original document). • Received the loan documents from the Lawyer firm and keeping/arrangement by loan or customers. • Prepare, scanning, and keep all the loan agreement of renewal and related documents after signed by loan customers. • Prepare, arrange the original documents of motor lD card and car document to recording and keeping by loan/customers in filling safely. • Prepare, release and received document from customer. • Supporting and assisting the Credit team/Manager with the priority’s tasks.
