• Making appointment and meeting with customer virtually or physically • Demonstrating and present LTR service and company branding to customer • Dealing with customer inquiries about the cost of long term rental service vehicles • Maintaining accurate record (service agreement) • Issue quotation, draft Service agreement, extension service agreement and complete all paperwork related LTR service agreement • Reservation and explaining the term of the LTR service agreement to the customer • Assist the existing customer and new customers from starting to end services • Maintain and managing on existing customer data • Providing ongoing service to customers and sales support • Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales • Control, use, maintain, update on customer, reservations, agreement and report module in Navotar system • Handle customer complaint/issues • Do the weekly and monthly report • Other tasks assigned by superior
