We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract, identify, and recruit top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment processes. - Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
