KOL Specialist Job Description
Sourcing talents
Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences
Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media
Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables
Manage project calendars and scheduling
Maintain budgets and track billing
Maintain production schedules for films, television shows, digital content
Organize off-site productions
Oversee production process and make sure talents deliver per scope of work in timely manner
Oversee the quality of the finished product
Work with all departments that contribute to the production
Others tasks assigned by management
Requirement
Strong negotiation skill
Flexible and be able to adapt with urgency
Don’t like routine and like to travel/ work on field
Passion about video production and advertising
Like to communicate externally and internally
Trend setter & trend follower
Up-to date with raising influencers
High commitment to achieve goal and ability to work under pressure
