The Role: 50% Project Management, 50% Graphic Design
As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of planning, organizing, and creating for our brands. You’ll need to be a highly efficient, self-motivated individual who takes pride in getting things done right.
Project & People Management (50%) • Planning & Organization: Create and manage detailed schedules for social media campaigns and content production. • Meta Scheduler Expertise: Schedule posts and content efficiently using Meta’s backend tools to ensure consistent and timely publishing. • Coordination: Work with videographers, designers, and brand teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Data-Driven Decisions: Use spreadsheets and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies. • Attention to Detail: Oversee multiple projects, keeping timelines on track and standards high.
Graphic Design & Content Creation (50%) • Visual Design: Create standout visuals using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop that align with each brand’s identity. • Content Strategy: Tailor engaging content to each platform’s unique audience. • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of social media trends to keep our brands fresh and innovative. • Ad Campaigns: Design and optimize ads for maximum impact.
What We’re Looking For
We need a real nerd for organization and design—someone who lives for order, efficiency, and quality. If you’re a party animal, this probably isn’t the job for you. We’re looking for someone who’s: • Meticulous: You sweat the small stuff and always deliver quality. • Highly Organized: You thrive on structure and systems (bonus points if you love spreadsheets). • Scheduling Mastery: Proficient in using Meta’s backend scheduling tools to plan, organize, and execute content across multiple platforms. • Design Savvy: You have a strong portfolio showcasing original, thoughtful work in Illustrator and Photoshop. • Dependable: You’re dedicated to growing your career and building something meaningful with our team. • Career-Focused: You’re not here for a short-term gig; you’re ready to invest in your future with us. • Fluent in English (Khmer is a plus).
