Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Product Manager, based in Phnom Penh. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing key product lifecycles, understanding market and industry trends, leading new product introductions, and assisting in business planning and achieving performance goals.
Responsibilities
Market Insights:
-Utilize macro, market, and technology trends to shape long-term product plans.
-Apply human-centered design (HCD) principles to gather requirements and develop product plans.
-Develop value propositions for new products and articulate their position within the portfolio.
Product Development:
-Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the current technology pipeline for product development.
-Create product roadmaps for specific market segments.
-Assist in business cases and lead product planning for portfolio opportunities.
Communication & Collaboration:
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
-Drive cross-functional and cross-business alignment with the product plan.
-Protect intellectual property by collaborating with legal counsel and engineering teams.
Must qualifications
-A strategic mindset and ability to handle ambiguity while creating actionable strategies.
-Experience interpreting customer needs and developing value propositions.
-Ability to prioritize market opportunities and derive relevant product capabilities.
-Skills in scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
-Strong conflict management skills for internal and external stakeholders.
-Proficiency in analyzing complex and contradictory information for effective problem-solving.
-Fluency in English and Khmer.
-Bachelor’s degree or above.
Preferred qualifications
-Familiarity with human-centered design (HCD) and scenario planning.
-Previous experience with product management tools or frameworks.
-Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
