Job Descriptions: • Keep smiling all the times during greeting visitor and answering phone call. • Interacting with people and very important to be very good at communication, friendly and build good relationship with people. • Always dress up properly and cleanliness all the times. • Always pay attention to the customers and be the first to asking them (May I help you or anything you need my help) • Generate Invoice/ Statement • Banking Activities • Maintaining System Records • Managing Company Documents by Sorting, Filing and Delivering Office Memo, Mail or Other Documents • Supporting Company Executives with Administrative Tasks Such as Photocopying, Scanning and Printing • Scheduling and Arranging Company Events for Staffs or Clients • Other tasks assign by line manager Job Requirement: •Candidate That Has Prior Work Experience as An Administrative Officer •Know English and Chinese •Knowledge of Basic Computer Software •Ability to Prioritize Daily Tasks and Good Time Management Skills •Willingness To Learn New Programs or Company Procedures •Ability to Work Independently and Often Without Direction
