Job Responisbility: - Recruitment & Selection for company - Training & Development - Performance & Management - Training and Development human resources /admin policies - Staff on- boarding / staff orientation program - payroll pressed and salary drop by ABA Bank use I banking - Manage and monitor company’s vehicle annual tax. - Manage all legal compliances for human resource requirements (quota, work permit, VISA extension…etc.), - Updated job announcement job requirement company - Prepared human resource budget plan - Created KPI and job description all departments - Managed on office supply and company environment. - Make processing finger print for all employees . - Managed and verified process of NSSF of employee with NSSF department - Propose other benefits if it is deemed necessary to retain and motivate employee - Managed the notice period of resigned staffs and prepare final salary for them - Managed, oversaw, and verified on compensation and benefits administrative (attendance, OT, bonus, servant pay, seniority indemnity, allowance, etc…) - Organize all company events. - Identify the job vacancy in each department and align it with business plan - Updated current and design new recruiting procedure (job application and on boarding process) to meet company expectation. - Preparing personal file both soft copies and hard copies - Review administrative and human resources policies and forms from time to time to propose appropriate update in response to the ever changing job situation. - Preparing employment contract - Updated organization chart for company Job Requirement: - Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Related Field - 3 years Job Experience in HR Job - Advance Management Skills - Able to use English and Computer Microsoft office - Hard Working and Have good time management - Available for both gender.
