Job Description: • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards. • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies. • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff. • Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas. • Resolve guest complaints and respond to special requests promptly. • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments. • Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget. • Oversee the scheduling of staff and manage labor costs effectively. Job Requirements: • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of health and safety standards. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
