• Manage NSSF monthly contribution payment and coordinate employee’s claim benefits; • Implement and oversee HR policies, practices internal communication with branch companies to make sure it aligns with group guideline and procedure; • Assist in labor compliance for Dhinimex and provide support to branch companies such as work permit, staff declaration, shop steward, VISA, Quota…etc. • Quarterly update Dhinimex and oversee branch company organizational charts • Oversee branch company’s employee personal files; • Oversee branch company’s employee master list; • Oversee branch company’s monthly headcount and turnover report, recruitment report…etc.; • Assist in annual performance appraisal of branch company; • Assist in implementing employee engagement and branding activities; • Provide leadership to colleagues and train new HR hires; • Coordinate full cycle of administrative duties; • Assist in preparing company annual trip and/or company events, • Act as the first point of contact for Admin & HR-related queries from employees and external partners and resolving grievances or queries; • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
