Job Descriptions: • To work with GM/OM/PM on strategic planning processes and drives the company operational and enables effective executions and the deliveries of company goals. • To cooperate with business leaders (GM, OM, and PM.,) to monitor and manage finance portfolios such as P&L, Revenue, AR, AP, and Expenses all businesses. • To communicate business direction and drive business result on behalf of Director. • To lead business leaders and investment team to monitor market insights and business information for the company management to make an informed decision on any discount, promotion, products, services, new business investment and price list in response to changes in market conditions. • To monitor with GM/OM/PM to identify operational and capacity constraints and develops options to mitigate these constraints. • To identify risks and foresee future requirements; manages short term operational and initiate planning activities arising after constrained plan approval. • To prepare and maintain guidelines and decks, spreadsheets, databases, project documents to make sure all information is well recorded and updated. • Others additional tasks will assign by line manager. Job Specifications: • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, preferably Business Management, Commercial, Marketing Management, Enterprise Management. • At least 3-5 years of the same in practical experience is also acceptable. • In-depth knowledge of leasing, property management and market industry trends. • Strategic thinking & analytical skill, management skills, leadership & management skill, outstanding communication, technological skills, influencing skills & financial Skills, • Result oriented, teamwork, problem solving etc. • Able to use Ms. Excel & Word (Advance Level user), Outlooks, and Power-BI., • Be flexible to travel to all province requirement etc.…
