Job Announcement General Manager Toplus Smart Pains is a leading company supplying paints and corner powder. Toplus Smart Paints’ visions is the spreading its existence in constructional industry over Cambodia. Duties and Responsibilities • Improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits • Managing the company’s overall operations • Overseeing hiring staff • Operating budgets • Launching price promotions that could attract more customers • Guiding general business strategy • Overseeing day-to-day operations at a business • Tracking cash flow and setting sales goals for their team Requirements • 1-Bachelior degree of business administration/ marketing or related fields. Master degree is preferable. • 2- A maximum of 4 year working experience up in a supervisory position in sales. • 3-Acknoledgeable about paints. • 4- Able to communication in English. • 5- Having a strong organizational skill, leadership, ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and pressure • 6- Having knowledge of social media, applications, video creation, email and so on. • 7- Good communication and team spirit.
