CF Mey Co., Ltd is a local company currently operating in F&B and beauty + wellness space. The company currently have three stores, all located in Borey Peng Huoth Boeng Snor, under its umbrella. We are currently looking to expand our stores into downtown Phnom Penh.
Job Descriptions:
• Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
• Provide direct management of key functional managers
• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
• Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
• Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
• Report key results to corporate officers.
• Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
• Engage in developing opening plans for new stores.
• Report directly to Director.
Experience & Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management.
• Bachelor degree in business administration, Management or similar fields.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Strong financial planning skills to make key investments and investment recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support the development of a healthy internal culture that retains key employees and encourages their professional development.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Must be available on call outside working hours
Location: #01-03 ,St P07, Borey Peng Huoth (Boeung Snor), Phnom Penh Nirouth, Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh
