Assist to control employee attendance and tardiness via fingerprint/Attendance System and prepare report for department review. - Culculate daily staff time sheet for payroll. - Manage the HR filings both documents hard and soft to ensure that those documents are filed and entries properly and privately. - Assist manager on policy implement. - Prepare monthly meeting agenda and send it to relevant department and managers, and assist to record the minute meeting if need. - Assist Manager to strengthen the company policy implementation and make sure all staff are applying well - Arrange staff meeting when needed. - Calling candidates for interviews: (Call shortlist and make appointments for interviews). - Handle in admin work as stationary and office supply, check cleaner and security. - Other task assigned by superiors. - Prepare monthly report of NSSF contribution to NSSF. Job Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Busines Administration or a related field. • Proven experience as HR/Administration role • Knowledge of problem solving, Negotiation skill • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office • Good communication in English
