Job Purpose: The successful incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and reporting the entire operation of the Bird Nest business including production, raw material, administration, human resources and alike. He/she will closely work with the CEO to provide the recommendations to ensure that business performance complies with product standard and meets with customer satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished products and to ensure that all products meet quality standards. - Manage the factory's budget and personnel, as well as to identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and productivity. - Ensure that relevant safety and environmental regulations are fulfilled with requirement. - Understand the logistics procedures and recommend the best practice to the management. - Streamline production workflow and cost-analysis. - Produce periodical report for management and recommend the change if it deems necessary. - Other related tasks as assigned by manager. Job Requirement: - At least completed a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, supply chain or related disciplines. - 5+ years of experience in operation management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment (added more advantageous). - Strong knowledge in Bird Nest production/industry will be more priority. - Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
