Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the hotel
- Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of
guest service
- Achieve business targets/goals while maximizing the profitability
of all outlets
- Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality,
standard, cleanliness, guest satisfaction
- Promote a culture of excellence in guest care
- Work alongside all HODs to ensure smooth operations and conduct weekly meetings with HOD to discuss operational matters and sales
targets.
- Responsible for all the daily inquiries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel
- Liaise daily with the GM to forecast hotel business
- Conduct regular health & safety audits
- Help with the sales and marketing department to maximize sales
Requirements
- Have background in sales or ecommerce in Hotel industry
- High commitment and responsibility
- Age not over 35 year old.
- Highly focused
- Able to read, speak, and write English in a professional level
- Good communication skills
- Have background in hotel industry at least 2 years
