JOB DESCRIPTION Warehouse Manager We are a newly created company, specialized in importation and distribution of gourmet food, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (main workplace) and we are looking for a talented Slicer/Packer/Stock controller to join our Team. In this position, we will offer opportunities for the advancement for the right candidate, and a competitive salary. -Working Days Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. -Salary Range 350$-400$ -18 days of Annual Leave -NSSF -Company mobile phone (during work hours) Job Responsibilities: • Inventory control with effective quality • Positive, and efficient customer service, responding to customer inquiries appropriately. • Creating, maintaining, and rotating retail counter product displays while ensuring safe food storage • Maintaining clean equipment and work areas to prevent food contamination and uphold health and sanitation standards and regulatory requirements • Monitoring, adjusting, and sharpening cutting and grinding equipment • Receiving, inspecting, unloading, and safely storing meat products upon delivery • Keeping inventory of food sales, ordering food supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels. • Manage all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to stock management • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile • Train and supervise stockroom personnel • Monitor stock levels for re-stocking purposes • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock. • Develop and implement inventory control • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy Key Qualifications: • College Degree preferred • Well English communication • Minimum 1-3 years previous relevant experience in restaurant or food industry • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Efficient and organized, able to handle multiple tasks. • Proven experience working in a stock/inventory management role • Thorough knowledge of inventory management systems. • Strong knowledge of product trends and purchasing cycles • Knowledge of stock management processes and best practices • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to use computer systems and software for data analysis and inventory tracking Contact: 087788xxxClick To Call Email: Pis***@repertoireculinaire.comClick To Sent Email
