πΌ Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate a team of associates, ensuring outstanding customer service and smooth operations throughout the center.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest inquiries and provide a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring safety and satisfaction are prioritized.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, managing POS systems, and ensuring equipment is maintained.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, especially around go-kart usage and guest safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory for merchandise and supplies, coordinating restocking and tracking to meet business needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide feedback, and organize training to enhance service quality and productivity.

- Experienced in Entertainment or Retail Supervision: With 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in an entertainment or similar setting.
