■ Job Type: Full-time ■ Salary Range: $300 - $600 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat ■ Work 8 h/d: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh ◉ Overview: As the Purchaser and Stock Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and inventory management functions within the LOKA-OP Department. This role involves working closely with the purchasing team to maintain adequate stock levels and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations. ◉ Responsibilities: Purchasing Support: ■ Collaborate with the purchasing team to identify reliable suppliers and negotiate terms. ■ Assist in the procurement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions. Stock Control: ■ Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. ■ Implement stock control measures to prevent overstocking or stock-outs. Order Processing: ■ Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation. ■ Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. Supplier Communication: ■ Communicate with suppliers for product information, pricing, and order status updates. ■ Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers in a timely manner. Data Management: ■ Update and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier information. ■ Generate reports on stock status and purchasing activities. Collaboration with Other Departments: ■ Work closely with other departments to understand their inventory needs. ■ Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to optimize stock movements.
