Duties and Responsibilities: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): Develop, implement and manage HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company guidelines. Conduct regular audits and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Coordinate and organize safety and technical training programs for staff, with an emphasis on service delivery, accident prevention and emergency response. Investigate accidents, accidents and staff failures and make recommendations to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our services meet all regulations and technical standards. 2. Human Resources: - Support the recruitment process and recruitment process by ensuring that HSE considerations are incorporated into job roles and responsibilities. Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and staff health. - Work closely with the Department of Human Resources to promote a culture of safety, awareness and compliance among staff. - Supervise and ensure adherence to quality standards and occupational health regulations. 3. Administration: - Supervise administrative functions related to HSE, including record keeping and reporting. Maintain and update security datasheets, emergency response plans and other relevant documents. Collaborate with equipment management to ensure safety measures are incorporated into the design and layout. - Manage communication networks related to security alerts, updates and training materials. 4. Compliance and reporting: - Receive information on changes in HSE regulations and ensure project compliance. Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE implementation and incidents to relevant parties. 5. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the manager. II. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration or related field • Three (4) years or more administrative experience. • Good time management and management skills. • Willing to work in a team and address challenges • Good negotiation and internal and external relationship building • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Friendly personality, patient, agile and friendly Proficiency in English and Chinese and computer Microsoft staff
