Main Responsibilities: • Configure MikroTik Router 2011 • Manage NAS Synology • Installing and configuring software, systems, networks device • Configure and install computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, Office365) • Configure Wi-Fi, Mikrotik,Unifi AP, TP-Link • CCTV System Monitoring (Hikvision & Dahao) • Support Had Office and Branchs • Manage Finger-print ZK with system • Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades • Under standing aboute POS system Restaurant & Cafe • Working with Partners, Vendors and Suppliers for any company purposes • Resolve technical problems Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) other systems; • Configuring printer server and sharing printer • Report to Head of H.R Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science • 2-3 years work experiences in computer’s hardware repair hardware/Software, Network Installation, Configuration Maintenance; • Good knowledge hardware, software, LAN, network server application; System Server • Good knowledge configuration network equipment (Mikrotik Router, Switch, Firewall,) • Good understanding equipment maintenance process; • Well in Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 & Mac OS • Knowledge (Knowledge) with POS GOLD • Knowledge with IT Helpdesk System • Knowledge Related to Office 365 • Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills • Teamwork, patient and problems solving.
