Position Overview:
In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Your goal will be to ensure our HR processes run smoothly and effectively, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Help manage employee records and HR databases.
Address employee inquiries and promote a positive workplace environment.
Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in HR or administration is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
