Job Description: Oversee staff payroll, benefits and timekeeping Educate and orient employees on company policy Handle company employee relations like policy implementation and events monitoring Spearhead full cycle recruitment Ensure all HR-related records (i.e Employee Details, Salary Files, Attendance records) are accurate and up to date. Safekeep and process visa and work permits of expat staff. Monitor and implement effective office supplies, hostel items and other admin expenses. Coordinate with government offices or any third-party agencies for work-related matters. Job Requirements: At least 3 years work experience in HR and Administration. Has worked in a supervisory capacity for at least 1 year. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Khmer and English. Require good knowledge on local laws and labor requirement. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Proficient in working with MS Office and Google Sheets, Google docs, etc.
