Responsibilities 1. Oversee the calculation and reporting of payroll for Sokha Real Estate 2. Check the pay calculation for daily wage worker and sub-contractor 3. Lead a rigorous review of salary calculation methods for new employees, layoffs, overtime (OT), suspensions, resign and attendance. 4. Manage the whole recruitment process for Sokha Real Estate 5. Conduct a comprehensive study on the HR work processes for Sokha Real Estate and propose necessary changes. 6. Formulate robust HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for approval from top management. 7. Work with Project Manager, Accounting Project Manager, and relevant department for any related supports and issues 8. Solve any staff disciplinary issue 9. Keep updated in regularly reviewing labor laws to ensure unwavering compliance. 10. Study salary surveys and other benefits to ensure their alignment with the job market. 11. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the requirements for implementing an HR system and lead its development. 12. Perform other tasks assigned by the section manager and top management. Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. • 7 years of experience in Human Resources • Experience in all aspects of HR is advantage • Prefer candidate from Real Estate and Construction company
