Responsibilities: • Handle the preparation of various payments related to business operations and financial transactions. • Record and manage cash transfers, ensuring accuracy and proper processing. • Verify and manage tax-related transactions to ensure compliance and proper documentation. • Compile and prepare weekly cash flow reports, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) planning, along with vendor reports. • Review and post all cash inflows and outflows for the warehouse operations based in China. • Prepare and file monthly tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Qualifications: • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (is preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. • Strong knowledge of accounting practices and regulations. • Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance. • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
