Manage, Responsible & Keep record as follows: a. Petty cash (daily) b. Income and Expense Statement (monthly) c. Staff and Teacher Salary (monthly): Paycheck & Deposit, and other fees d. Stock control: Books, Uniform, Inventory and stationary II. Other Duties a. Manage and collect all payment reports from students, parents and other cashiers b. Act as Customer Service as required c. Manage and prepare documents for National Social Security (NSSF) d. Manage and prepare document for Staff Employment e. Comply with all aspect of standard operating procedures manual f. Attend all meetings required by the organization g. Cooperate well with other departments and ELT Branches. III. Report (Daily , Monthly & Termly) a. Petty cash b. Income and Expense Statement c. Staff and Teacher Salary d. Stock control
