Job Descriptions: • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other relevant tools based on the ministry's requirements. • Customize workflows, document libraries, and other features to enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with the Implementation Lead and other team members to ensure seamless integration of M365 applications with existing systems. • Facilitate collaboration by configuring Teams and SharePoint sites for effective communication and document sharing. • Implement security features within M365 applications to protect sensitive data. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, working closely with the Security and Compliance Specialist. • Provide support to end-users regarding M365 applications, addressing configuration issues and providing guidance on optimal usage. • Collaborate with the Support and Troubleshooting Specialist to resolve complex technical issues. • Work on custom development projects within M365 applications, leveraging tools like Power Platform for creating custom solutions. • Develop and deploy custom apps and features to meet specific ministry needs. • Assist the Training and Adoption Specialist in developing training materials for M365 applications. • Create and maintain documentation for application configurations, workflows, and best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or Computer Science • Proven 4 years experience of work as IT or in related field • Familiar with Microsoft 365 • Knowledge with Microsoft 365 • Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications is a plus
