Manager, Business Promotion (Salary Range: USD 800-1300) Key Tasks 1. Preparation financial documents for presentation to potential and current investors on specific investments- bank applications, information memorandum and prospectus 2. Liaising with fund managers, company managers, institutional investors and regulators with a view to expanding funding access while improving market perception 3. Creating financial models that enhance return on investment of projects and financial Planning 4. Perform financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects and recommend an investment decision 5. Support the Business Analysis team in analyzing company accounts and financial performance 6. Work closely with the management to identify and develop improvement strategies. 7. Ensuring that all investment compliance regulations are met.
